Excellent service including pick up and drop off. The reason why I've given it 4 instead of 5 is that as the car is only 2 years old I wouldn't have expected to have had to replace the brake pads so soon at quite an expense.

My handbag was stolen from my car recently. I left my car unlocked outside my home for less than 10 minutes. the theif stole my bag with my keys. i immediately called Swindon to see if they could deactivate my fob they had taken. they were amazing!

I was happy with the service provided by Taylor however I was disappointed with the lack of updates from Mini. Once I had raised my disappointment I was updated more but I don't think it should have took for me to complain first.
